🌿 How to Use Our Herbs & Botanical Products
Welcome to your botanical education hub! Whether you’re new to herbs or a seasoned wellness enthusiast, this guide will help you get the most out of every product from Cool As A Cucumber Herbs.
☕ Herbal Teas & Loose Leaf Blends
Loose leaf teas are one of the most traditional and enjoyable ways to experience the benefits of botanicals.
- Measure 1 teaspoon of loose leaf herb per 8 oz of water (adjust to taste)
- Heat water to 200–212°F (just below boiling for delicate herbs; full boil for roots and bark)
- Steep for 5–10 minutes, covered, to retain volatile oils
- Strain and enjoy — sweeten with honey or add lemon as desired
Tip: Use our Stainless Squeeze Ball Strainer for a mess-free brew!
💊 Herbal Capsules & Supplements
Our herbal capsules make it easy to incorporate botanicals into your daily routine.
- Follow the recommended serving size on the product label
- Take with a full glass of water, preferably with food
- Consistency is key — many herbal supplements work best when taken regularly over time
- Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
🔥 Loose Leaf Incense & Charcoal Discs
Burning botanical incense is a beautiful way to bring aromatherapy into your space.
- Place a charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner or bowl filled with sand
- Hold a flame to the edge of the disc until it begins to spark and self-ignite
- Allow the disc to ash over for 1–2 minutes until glowing
- Sprinkle a small pinch of loose leaf incense onto the disc
- Add more as the scent fades — a little goes a long way!
⚠️ Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
🍫 Chai Latte Mixes
Our chai latte mixes are crafted for easy, cozy preparation at home.
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of chai mix to your mug
- Pour in 8 oz of hot milk (dairy or plant-based) or hot water
- Stir well until fully dissolved
- Adjust sweetness to taste and enjoy!
