How to Use

1. Fill: Squeeze the ball open and fill with 1–2 teaspoons of your loose-leaf tea or dried herbs. Avoid overpacking to allow water to flow freely through the blend.
2. Steep: Place the filled strainer into your mug or cup. Pour hot water at your desired temperature (typically 160–212°F depending on your herb or tea type) and steep for 3–7 minutes, or to taste.
3. Remove & Squeeze: Lift the strainer out and give it a gentle squeeze over your cup to release any remaining liquid and maximize flavor.
4. Clean: Rinse under warm water immediately after use. The ball opens fully for easy cleaning — dishwasher safe.
